Tree House Cottage
Our tree house cottage will soon be available during the summer season.

All Rates Based upon double occupancy. Rates are per night, plus sales tax. Minimum stays apply for weekends and holidays. $15.00 per person additional in Suites. All accommodations as well as Brooks Sunshine properties are non-smoking, no pets.

Visa/MasterCard accepted. Travelers checks or cash preferred. Suites cancellation period is 3 weeks. 50% deposit at reservation time for stays of a week or more. No refund for early departure on ANY stay.
